Model V-500 Floor to Floor Conveyor

Standard Specifications:

 

• Belts: 12" to 36" wide black rubber rough top.
• Beds: Formed steel slider bed frame 16", 20", 24" wide (14 gauge construction) 30", 36" & 42" wide (12 gauge construction).
• Supports: H-stands both ends for 31" to 36" elevation. (for trussing, hanger rods or intermediate stands, see options)
• Drive: 3/4 HP TEFC motor reducer drive. 115V/1 Ph/ 60 C or 230-460V /3 Ph/60 C (specify).
• Speed: Reversible@ 60 feet per minute constant.
• Drive Pulleys: 8 1/2" diameter full lagged and crowned with 1 3/16" diameter shaft mounted in self-aligning flange bearings.
• Tail Pulley: 4 1/2" diameter crowned with 1" diameter shaft mounted in self-aligning ball bearings.
• Finish: Bilt-Rite blue.

• Supports: Adjustable height "H" stand with 8" diameter rubber wheels at drive end. Stub support with lift handles at opposite end.
• Drive: 3/4 TEFC motor-reducer with fully enclosed guard. 115 V /1 PH/60C or 230-460 V /3 PH/60C (specify).
• Speed: Reversible. 60 feet per minute constant.
• Electrical Cantles: Drum reverse switch wired & mounted with 8 foot cord and plug. Full length remote control rod is standard.

• Cleats: 1 1/2" diameter x 3/4" Ht button cleats mounted to belt in pairs on 5 foot centers.
• Supports: Portable stand with 8" diameter rubber wheels at drive end. (3) 3" diameter swivel casters at discharge mounted to hydraulically adjustable under-carriage.
• Drive: 3/4 HP TEFC motor-reducer with fully enclosed guard. 115 V/ 1 PH/60C or 230-460 V / 3 PH /60C (specify).
• Speed: Reversible @ 60 feet per minute constant.
• Electrical Controls: Drum reverse switch wired & mounted with 8 foot cord and plug. Full length remote control rod is standard.
